Posted by & filed under Sem categoria.

This is an agreement between Shutterstock Canada, ULC, which works as PremiumBeat, and you or the employer on whose behalf you enter into this agreement (“you”). By using our website and/or by purchasing a license from us, you declare yourself bound by the terms and conditions below (the “Contract”) that relate to the license you purchased. Please find the details for each license below, followed by details on all types of license: Hello there, first I have to let you know to check this issue with shutterstock support. But what I can see from the Shutterstock license, it seems normal to sell an e-book below 500,000 copies/sales n.B. on Amazon. You can explain it as follows in your license: A STANDARD IMAGE license gives you the right to use images: as digital reproduction, including on websites, online advertising, social media, mobile advertising, mobile “applications,” software, electronic maps, electronic publications (e-books, e-magazines, blogs, etc.), electronic marketing and online media (including video-sharing services such as YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, etc., subject to budgetary constraints outlined in the I.a.i.4 section below); Shutterstock operates on the basis of an unlicensed licensed license, which means that the fees you pay for an image (whether through a stock photo subscription or an image pack) are the only fees you`ll ever pay. Once conceded and paid, you will not be required to pay royalties for the use of this image. But don`t make a mistake: the licence exemption does not mean unrestricted. Many sites claim to offer unlicensed images, but still a number of restrictions for things like if you can use the image for commercial purposes (for profit), which allows the size of the print, and if you can use the image for certain resale items like prints, calendars, mugs, mousepads, etc. In the event that you violate any of the terms of this agreement or other agreement with Shutterstock, Shutterstock has the right to terminate your account without further announcement, in addition to Shutterstock`s other rights and/or equity. Shutterstock is not required to refund the fees you pay if your account is terminated due to an infringement.

With our STANDARD license, you can use registration in an unlimited number of projects as follows: Editorial. Your rights to licensed editorial content are jointly granted by Rex Features Ltd., headquartered in the Third Chamber of Floor Counting House, Hays Galleria, 51-57 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QN and Shutterstock, Inc. So far, the courts have confirmed that the licensing agreements are legal. That does not mean that they should be. Their argument that they are appropriate is not a very good defence; Many things that violate customers` rights are helpful. Some images have licenses that only allow editorial use – for printing in newspapers, magazines, etc., to illustrate an article, not to try to sell something directly. This contrasts with commercial use, where the image is used to sell something (book cover, packaging, you have).
